Demolition of a building complex for Kalynivka Logistics Center. |

 Demolition work began on the building complex, followed by cleanup of the jobsite for construction of the largest logistics center in Kalynivka. The jobsite area is 5 hectares. There are 27 objects scheduled for demolition in total: boiler rooms, warehouses, production facilities, 60-meter chimneys, ramps, and utilities and communication lines. 40 chemical liquid and black oil reservoirs will be processed for re-use. Amount of recycled waste will be 23,500 m3. Employer will use the processed demolition waste right on the jobsite to fill roadbeds and construction site base. |

 Demolition work began on a number of production facilities of Lviv Loader Factory: forge shop, compressor plant, cooling tower, and pump station. Also, all concrete foundations of main production facilities will be dismantled. Employer – Construction Department 137. About 8000 m3 in total will be dismantled. Total jobsite area is 8.7 hectares. |

 Завершился снос нескольких зданий в Харькове. Снос проходил на Моторостроительном заводе «Серп и Молот», пр. Московский, 183. Демонтаж зданий производился с целью расчистки территории для будущего строительства. Строительный мусор переработан для повторного использования. Заказчи ЗАО "Серп и Молот", г. Харьков.

 Demolition work continues on the building of finished products warehouse at Berezan House Building Factory (Berezan, Voikova Str. 44 а). The scope of work to be done at this site also includes: dismantling of wall panels of the main production shop (13,000 m2), demolition of inner partitions, demolition of concrete mixing shop, demolition of galleries and ancillary facilities. All materials that will be dismantled and a huge amount of concrete production waste will be processed into secondary crushed stone. Employer – Aerok LLC. Total jobsite area is 8.7 hectares. |

 For the first time in Lviv’s history a ‘city inside city’ type of apartment complex will be erected at a 14-ha area. This complex will feature unique architecture and will have own infrastructure. Total residential area of the complex will be 100,000 m2. The complex will be erected in place of the former Kineskop Lviv Factory at Pasichna Str. 133. Our company is engaged for dismantlement of production facilities and processing of reinforced concrete into secondary crushed stone. Total volume of solid mass of demolished buildings is 6,000 m3.  Work on demolition of a building complex of Golden Beach Sanatorium located not far from the Livadia Palace is about to be completed. The complex includes nine buildings. Total volume of solid mass of demolished buildings was 11,000 m3. All demolition work was done exclusively using heavy machinery. |

 The program of reconstruction of container terminal in Illichivsk Commercial Seaport includes processing of concrete surface. The old surface is being dismantled and processed into crushed stone right on the spot. The technology which we use helps save huge amount of money on purchase and transportation of crushed stone required for filling. Estimated amount of required crushed stone is about 20,000 tons. The future container terminal will have about 8 ha in area. |
